The scientists (from the countries having bilateral arrangements with INSA ) who have established interaction with the Indian scientists and desire to visit India may arrange to send their nomination through their respective Academy to Indian National Science Academy. On getting the nomination, the Academy would be able to arrange the desired programme in India as per the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
